Beg Meil  is a  locality  of the municipality of  Fouesnant  (Finistère), in  Brittany, located on the edge of the Atlantic Ocean.

 At the Beg-Meil slipway , there is always a shuttle service in summer to cross the bay of the Forest towards Concarneau or join the Glénans. This hold was strategic in the tourist development of Beg-Meil at the end of the 19th century.
