 Indeed, 3 generations of sea lookouts are present in Penmarc'h:  the old lighthouse , today the Maritime Discovery Center, and the  fire tower of the St-Pierre chapel,  which both enabled security on the penmarc'haises coasts before the construction of the Eckmühl lighthouse.
